About Lauryn (And How This All Happened)
Next Door Creations was founded in 2014 shortly after I launched my first children’s book company, Oli Kids Co. As I built my own business, I started helping other entrepreneurs with marketing, operations, and growth strategy.
Word spread quickly, and what started as helping fellow business owners turned into a long-term SEO agency, coaching and consulting business.
Honestly, I’ve always lived in both worlds: creativity and strategy.
I have a business background (accounting + finance), and I also built a children’s publishing brand from scratch. Over time, that combination naturally turned into what I do today—helping business owners strengthen their messaging, visibility, and systems.
It’s a mix that works surprisingly well. (And yes, I’ve had clients tell me it makes me a “rare breed.”)
